The house has a split floor plan, with three bedrooms in one wing and 3 on the other. * The master bedroom has a king bed. The master bath has a luxurious Asian style soaking tub. * Next to the master are two bedrooms. One with two twin beds and a smaller bedroom with one twin bed. * In the wing on the opposite side of the house are two bedrooms on the ground floor and one large bedroom upstairs. One bedroom contains a queen size bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. *The biggest bedroom upstairs has 6 twin beds. It also has a breath-taking turret with 6 skylights which will make you feel like you’re in a castle. The exact opposite of a dark log cabin, this house on the water is bright and light with 14(!) beautiful skylights, you’ll never have to turn on the light during the day. Eat your meals out on the patio overlooking breathtaking water views. Walk down the steps and set up your fishing lines on the pier, or sit on the beautiful natural rock ledges by the water. Full disclosure: our steps down to the dock and the dock itself are old and weathered. The dock is sturdy, but weathered. We hope to put in a concrete dock one day but with several kids to put through college, that will be in the far future. Our water view is expansive, the opposite shore being over a mile across. Across the waters is TVA land, so you will be looking at a pristine natural shore instead of houses. Not only is the water beautiful during the day, but you just may be treated to a moonrise on the water as well. Crystal clear moonbeam spanning a long trek across the sparkling water is a sight few people ever get to experience. Situated on 7 acres, our property is also a bird watchers’ paradise. This is a very large house and in an effort to keep our nightly rates down everything will not be perfect. If you are looking for something perfect, please spend the extra money and get a luxury house. Our home is meant to be played in by large families and groups of friends. We hope you make lots of memories at a price you can’t get elsewhere. If something is broken, we will fix it. The house features 2 levels with a basement. The main floor has a large master bedroom that opens to the deck with a great view, it a-joins a master bath that has a shower and large master closet. The kitchen, laundry room, 2 car garage (the garage door does need to be replaced, we hope to have that done this summer), dining room & living room are also on the main floor. The living room & dining room have doors that access the deck and have great views. The 3rd floor has a small common area that overlooks the living room below. The first bedroom has a full bed that has a private deck with great views of the water. The second bedroom has 2 twin Bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a large walk- in closet. There is another bonus room that a joins the second bedroom that has a futon that sleeps one. and a door that goes outside. The bathroom has no shower but has a Jacuzzi tub. *note: there is only one shower in the house. The basement has a wet sink. There is a large common area with a TV. There is a bedroom that has its own sliding door access and one full bed. There is also a bunk bed in the basement common area that has a full on bottom. There is no bathroom in the basement.
